Alan Fong says:

Just picked up a set from Amazon! Been looking around for something that I could even take it on a trip.

Kelly Conroy says:

I freakin love you
two!!!

alfredo ortega says:

Nice size, easy to use and has great range of resistance bestgym.equipment but are a little on the short side for a 6 foot guy. Have only worked with the two lowest resistance bands but feel that I'm getting a good workout for me. Would be nice if there was a grip available to stop the band from cutting into my palm.

Marilyn Mason says:

Light resistance is doable at 60 with osteoarthritis in the knuckles, shoulders, elbows and knees joints.

Michael Quillen says:

Good video! People, don't worry about moving to those heavier bands too quickly. The lighter weight bands will do great for a long time. As a chiropractor told me years ago, lifting one pound 100 times will do you more good than lifting 100 pounds one time. Lighter resistance and many reps are great (but, start small and work upward on those number of reps). After a gazillion reps routine with the lighter weight bands, you may want to move to the heavier resistance. LOL

Tim Downey says:

What does W stand for?

Walla Walla Washington, of course. 😉

Gilbert Nichols says:

Great video. Do you have wall chart exercise description with recommended sets and reps?

Gail L Mani says:

What are the weight on the yellow & red? I could see the purple & green weight written on them

Basilia Delgado says:

Shouldn't we warm up before starting these exercises?

Piyu Rathod says:

I just wanted to have flat belly, so I tried fat loss plan from "Agoge Diet". Guess what? I lost my beer belly in just 30 days. Now I want a six pack 😀

Maride Flores says:

How many days per week you suggest

Leah TV says:

We come here for a workout, not an introduction. 1:20 no start in sight, you're losing viewers and intros are SUPER ANNOYING

Alexis Pheonix says:

Hahahahhahaha love the intro

K A says:

I looked up "butt wink" because I never heard of it before. It's really important to know how to squat without rolling your spine and inadvertently injuring the discs in your back.

Thayne Schafer says:

I’ve got to have knee surgery here soon, and I was wondering if you have something else instead of squats and bending the knees? I’d appreciate it.

Frederick Semple says:

Love it! A lighthearted approach to a serious subject – improving posture and the body in general.

Bernice Foster says:

I got my bands and I love them. I don't really have a place to attach wall anchors. I can't seem to close any of my doors with the door anchor. Any tricks to this??

Revolution 9 says:

Hello ! — I bought a set of resistance bands recently. — I was not sure how to use them, I mean doing the transition between dumbbells and resistance bands. — Now I'm watching all your videos on Youtube and I'm learning a lot. — You guys are the best ! — Thanks !

Joseph Dennison says:

When you do a chest press , continue to press out until your fist come together . This will give a better contraction on the chest muscles.
