I started using kettlebells instead of dumbbells when doing the incline bench rows to get a better stretch at the bottom and contraction at the top!!

Actually you started your workout doing pullups (palms pronated) which are a little more dificult than chinups (palms supinated). I must add that your form is pretty good on pullups. Good job!
