How to fix ELBOW PAIN during tricep exercises
Alright quick tip, if you’re getting elbow pain during skullcrushers or pushdowns, it’s most likely a result of using a close grip and keeping your elbows tucked in tight to your side. While there’s nothing inherently wrong with doing this, allowing for a more natural elbow flare like during overhead extensions or single arm pulldowns is much easier on the joints and may help alleviate elbow pain if you have any.

Again, just to clarify, there's NOTHING wrong with doing skullcrushers or pushdowns with a close grip. It's personally what I like to do! But if you're experiencing elbow pain while doing them, try out some other exercises with a more natural elbow flare like the ones I showed at the end.

I get pain in all these. Use to be just skull crushers. Maybe I need to warm them up before I do it

Wish i knew this earlier. My elbows are pretty jammed now. Conventional tuck ins during tricep workout caused this.
