Hi! Maybe I am asking for a different question, do you have an idea the best herbal drinks for knee swollen. After a week of your instructed exercise my knee is getting slightly better I can bend slight and I can go upstairs. But slowly I am afraid for any further injury i stop consuming sugar and taking B complex the only herbal tea i drink chamomile, I am asking for alternative herbal tea remedies. Thank you

So that bulge on the outside of my kneecap/patella when I straighten my leg.. is that fluid build up? Or is that normal.. knee is not swollen btw

@mayuradance7260 says:

Hi- are we able to start doing this with swelling already in our knees? I’ve had the swelling for a few weeks now/ it doesn’t hurt unless I go up and down to the floor. The exercises won’t make it worse right ?

Hello doctor, I have a acl sprain grade 1 and I started physical therapy and started running and everything is fine, but I tried jumping with one foot and the jumping was with my finger and I felt a slight pain similar to tingling. Is this normal and will it go away? Note that there is no swelling or difficulty in bending. Everything is fine.

I haven't done the MRI scan because of Braces… It's been 1 year since my knee effusion. I don't know what to do. Please help me anyone. Is operation necessary in this problem? Or can be cured by doing exercises too.

@truthandbeautyco says:

I've had tiny suprapatellar joint effusion for 10 years without pain or discomfort. There is a little extra fluid still left inside. Recently I may have overdone it and my knees feels tight when I stand for a long time. Can I do these exercises to loosen tightness and get rid of excess fluid?

@neelimaonyoutube says:

Hello, I had syovial fluid extracted 5 days ago in my left knee. I play badminton every weekday. I am having slight discomfort in my left knee after the cortisteroid injection to my left knee. Can I do these exercises to strengthen my knee and continue to start playing badminton again? Thank you!

@Made_youlook says:

Is it safe to do this with all the swelling??

@EmKaysArts says:

Hello, I had a small knee injury on my right leg. I had an X-Ray and MRI scans which confirmed that I have a knee effusion. I was instructed to follow a few exercises which I have been following consistently for 1 and a half months. I’ve noticed huge improvements, but there’s a small lump which isn’t going. Any advise please? Thank you
