For a video that comes with no sound, this speaks volumes! I had an ACL reconstruction surgery years ago, everything is healed up by now except that I still get jumper's knee playing basketball. Turns out my left knee is still significantly weaker than my right knee and mostly because I didn't put much load into it during the rehab phase. These 2 exercises have been a game changer for me. Going up and downstairs were a pain, now they are so much less painful. I'll keep grinding until both legs feel 99% the same.
I can't hold 5 seconds. Any other? Hahah
