ATP, Mitochondria, Antioxidants, and Parkinson’s – A chronic fatigue solution? What’s the first thing you look to as a solution for why are you going OFF at a certain time of the day?
Medication, or something else? Hi, it’s David from LWP. We’re going to look at that question from a few different angles today, just to give you an idea of what I have been working on for a good part of this year.

Hi, You’ve got it so right that I feel while I like my doc, I really just get suggestions about meds adjustment. We’ve all gotta keep doing our own research and share with each other and thanks for what you do. A couple things I’m into that you should look into yourself if you haven’t yet are one, the benefits of cold therapy and the benefits of a cold shower. There’s plenty on YouTube about it. At first it was a little tough to get used to but now after over a year I wouldn’t go back to warm because I like how it not only wakes me up but reduces inflammation. The other thing I’m so into now is meditation and studying the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza. He’s done much research about its positive effects to heal. He’s on many podcasts and has a website with an online course full of lectures and meditations. He also does in person events where research is conducted on attendees. I went to one last month and really believe what he’s teaching can help us. There are testimonials on YouTube if you search his name with testimonials Parkinson’s…watch some. Happy to discuss further anytime.

Great video! I prefer liquid vitamins etc. I think it absorbs better. Any thoughts?

Sorry, Auro wellness is the company name, Glutaryl is the name of the product.

Great posting Dave, agree 100%. We left the doctor’s office noting that other than Apo-Levocaeb they have nothing. So the research started ……and lifestyle, diet, supplements, and therapies were adopted. I just wanted to let you know about a transdermal glutathione by the company Glutaryl. Better chance of effectiveness due to avoiding the digestive track.

Hi, Dave,

I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in November 2023. My doctor started me on Stalevo right from the beginning (200mg Entacapone / 25mg Carbidopa / 100mg Levodopa), but it didn’t work well for me at all. I felt extremely fatigued while on it, and it also caused problems with my sensitive stomach, especially since I have issues with dairy. I only took Stalevo for a few days before realizing it wasn’t the right fit for me.

By March 2024, I was still struggling. Things were getting worse—my symptoms, my fatigue, and my overall health. I felt like I was in a constant decline. But after visiting the Mayo Clinic and having a DAT scan (DaTscan), my Parkinson’s was confirmed to be at stage two. At that point, my doctor switched me to Credanil/Sinemet (100mg/25mg), which I started on September 20, 2024, and I finally began to feel better.

Since then, I’ve been using the carnivore diet, inspired by your YouTube channel, and it has worked wonders for me. I added Creatine Monohydrate to my supplements, along with Omega-3, magnesium, potassium, and CoQ10. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my symptoms—my left-hand tremor has reduced by more than 90%, and the shoulder pain that I used to have is much more manageable now.

Looking back, from November 2023 to about six months after, I was getting worse, worse, and worse. But since making these changes, I’ve been getting better and better. I also quit drinking coffee and caffeine, which had been a big addiction for me (I was drinking a lot of double and triple-shot espressos!).

Thanks again for sharing your journey—it’s been a huge help to me in managing my Parkinson’s!
