OMG, I was out of breath! Since it’s short that really makes it good.
These are great! Good job.
Very very good for me .
Must do it every Day!Thank you!
Lauren, you are a star, great exercise schedule
Thanks for this…first time finding this particular exercise. The Cognitive part for me is the hardest. I like to hike (even with Parkinson's) and I can see the benefit of this routine.
Balance and gait really helps loosen me up on a daily basis. Thanks a lot! 10/31/23 11:25 am Pittsburgh
Hi Lauren. We were pushed for time today so this shorter session worked well for us. I think in one of your previous replies you thought I (Jon) has PD. It is Paula who has PD. I always do the exercises with her and I find them challenging and fun and good for my general fitness as well. Thanks again Paula and Jon
Thanks Lauren it was really good i did it really early in the morning meds hadnt kicked in. I feel a bit flat and feel like i have deteriorated a bit cause ive had laryngitis and bronchitis for 6 week. Need to do 2 per day to get strong again. I did it all standing up i tied hard. ❤ kelly from Sydney
I love tour exercises.❤
Thank you very much, Lauren.
