I was able to follow along, sitting in my office chair. Thank you. I belong to Silver Sneakers. My one daughter and I go twice a week. Would go 3 times, but I have bible study one of the days. We both enjoy it. Now, I've found you on my computer so I will follow along here, now for awhile.
