Come with me for a gentle, low impact walk at home to improve cardio and aerobic health after stroke. A slow base pace is established with lots of modifications thrown in for a higher challenge.

This workout is best for survivors who are steady on their feet with support or have someone to assist. All you’ll need is something sturdy and solid to hang on to and somewhere to sit!

Thankyou for this video. Some very simple movement exercises that I had overlooked. My problem is that my knee won’t bend when I walk. I can relax it to make it bend but as soon as I start to walk even a short distance, it goes rigid. Any ideas to help me bend my leg at the knee when walking?

I'm using a walker, when should i move to a rolling walker?

P thanks

Thank you so much for your videos. I recently had a stroke close to a month ago. Your video on leg strengthening helped overnight. I woke up wanting to walk without my walker with safety in mind. I subscribed and gave a thumbs up and added the little bell. Let me know what else you need. You are fantastic
