Would be great if you haven’t already, but a video on resistance bands strengths and what poundage strength one should use for injury rehab and shoulder/tendon strengthening.

@SportsDude59 says:

I am 65 years old, still working, overweight, but carry it well I’m told. Left shoulder has been bothering me for a while, thinking g I may have a pinched nerve. But from watching your videos and from my doc saying google ’shoulder impingement videos’ I came across your videos… SO AWESOME! Something I haven’t noticed in your videos… Can you tell me what strength ’resistance bands’ I should start out with to begin the exercises in your videos? I think they go by “pounds” and I’m sure I should I start with something fairly easy, but I want a band that strengthens as well… right?

@vitalforce3371 says:

Biceps tendonitis, a common musculoskeletal condition characterized by inflammation of the biceps tendon, necessitates a multifaceted approach to treatment and rehabilitation. In clinical practice, the management of biceps tendonitis often involves a tailored exercise regimen that aims to alleviate symptoms, improve strength and flexibility, and promote optimal healing of the affected tendon. These exercises are meticulously designed to target the biceps muscle complex while minimizing additional stress on the inflamed tendon, thereby facilitating gradual restoration of function and mitigating the risk of recurrent injury.

Furthermore, it is imperative for healthcare professionals to incorporate evidence-based interventions in the treatment protocol for biceps tendonitis. This may include a combination of eccentric strengthening exercises, neuromuscular re-education techniques, and manual therapy modalities to address muscular imbalances, enhance proprioception, and optimize tissue healing processes. By integrating these specialized exercises within a comprehensive rehabilitation program, individuals afflicted with biceps tendonitis can experience significant improvements in pain reduction, functional capacity, and overall quality of life. Ultimately, the strategic implementation of targeted exercise interventions underscores the pivotal role of physical activity in the holistic management of biceps tendonitis as part of a patient-centered care paradigm.
