Don't know if anyone is still looking at the comments. What were the weights of the items in the box so i can buy my own stuff ? Loving these videos just found them last week they are getting me to exercise in my small apt where i dont have a lot of space. I'm not a senior but am pretty overweight and have been housebound for awhile now and these are helping me motivate to start moving again

Just discovered these silver sneakers videos 4 months ago. Excellent workout, especially this one that incorporates strength training with the cardio. Today, I did this one on an exercise ball, just to increase the challenge. It was fun and a good way to work on my balance, too! By the way, I'm 67, but would have appreciated these videos years ago. Glad I found them now! Thank you.

These have kept me going as I have a bad knee.
I like doing these workouts since everything else hurts my knees and back I try to do something where I donāt put pressure on themā¦these have been really great classes to do and I appreciate you taking the time out to do themā¦please keep these going and have different levels of intensity so when we want to push ourselves a little more we have that option with you..thank you
