Squats are one of the best exercises for arthritic knees. But, how do you do squats when every time you’ve tried it has caused your knee pain to get worse? In this video, I’m going to show you some of my favorite ways to modify and adapt those classic quad-strengthening exercises so that you can find a comfortable starting point from which you can then progress from.
