In my occupation, I am deeply affected by the risks of falling among older adults, so I created this class to not only improve balance but also enhance posture, agility, and coordination. Sherry, thank you so much for this video. I did it myself and also shared it with a friend. I cried while doing the first dance video. I could feel that your work is very much needed for seniors who are alone or live in nursing homes. I also loved the ending with compassion mantra. That was awesome. Thank you so much for this video movement any movement is great for people with fibromyalgia like me 😊God bless you always 🙏🏻 i also had a bad fall but it was because of my puppy and its been 4 years from my fall and last November i got a Plasma injection for my hip bursitis and it has helped alot almost pain free but i think i may get another one
