ms tobias or is it dr. I really appreciate your videos, I think they have done me a lot of good, but as a person who has had hemi paresis for over 6 years , it doesn't help me, this is my selfish side talking, when you demonstrate something using two arms, not whining too much I hope, I was very into yoga before my stroke, I could actually get into the wheel pose. and was doing bridge pses before I noticed I was, that was pointed out to me by a PT in the hospital she told me to do more.

Keep this up and you'll earn a second doctorate. As a. Doctor of Education. You've so much to share and do so so clearly. Thank you, Pofessor! Approaching 3 years after class, my walk speed is up to 2.8mph on the half mile. I do this every day, and you kids, attitude and skill are huge benefit to that progress. In my therapy studio (after a 2 yearsr of taking up half of my partners house with my office and xrsz gear, she gave me the attic and my friends came over and built me a space to do my daily, my biggest tool is simply a rope anchored to the ceiling. I have to get up from the floor to reach it. So spend alot of time walk/crawling on my knees in hip extension or crawling flexion.invaluable retraining and I think that's much of why my walk speed doubled in the last year. Again gratitude to your excellent content, and may you stay cool this summer out there in the Florida sun. Aloha!
