When ur 50 you don’t want to be huge.

As if normal adulting isn’t crap enough, when you get to 50 all the fun stuff is behind you, and on top of that you’re going to have to take on a whole bunch of boring exercise chores / shopping for and cooking meals that aren’t even what you want to eat, just to stand still with your health. I know i dont have the motivation, i’m just gonna enjoy my 50s and jump off a cliff at 65. Ageing sucks.

what exercise should be avoided to prevnt possible hernia…
Some great tips for those new to working out if you're in your 60s or older. I dont think the 50s are your target viewer.
