Hi, I just finished practicing guitar and I was scratching my dog’s ears you came on and I realized I was doing one of your sessions. It was the hook stretch and hold. I generally doing some stretching and relaxing of my hands and fingers post practice cause I’m suffering from a bit of arthritis at 70. I like your sessions cause I’m noticing some changes that helped. Thanks.
