Ironically these exercises are why I have elbow pain as they're generally a part of a good forearm hypertrophy weight lifting program.

I am of course doing it with 35 lb dumbbells and not a hammer 😂

I could not sleep, and the pain was about an 8 and it is still in pain, but I feel like I can sleep. It was very achy, and I was driving my wife crazy. The spoon trick worked well. Ice and heat made it way worse. going to bed.
