I dont know what happened but i was playing tennis and as i hit the ball my elbow started hurtnig alot its been hurting for about 5 day
I can't never imagine a doctor doing GuaShua and using a hammer for a therapy. How inclusive and daring.
im sure i did it right and it didn't help at all. should i be worried?
Ironically these exercises are why I have elbow pain as they're generally a part of a good forearm hypertrophy weight lifting program.
I am of course doing it with 35 lb dumbbells and not a hammer 😂

I could not sleep, and the pain was about an 8 and it is still in pain, but I feel like I can sleep. It was very achy, and I was driving my wife crazy. The spoon trick worked well. Ice and heat made it way worse. going to bed.
