Love your videos. Thought some of the exercises are similar to other videos on YouTube, you provide extra info that is essential, such as how to breath while performing them. I found the exhale and gentle increased stretching a game changer.

One request. When swimming (my main form of exercise) I experience cramping in ankles and toes. Can you address that in a video. Yes, I hydrate and stretch before. Still get cramps.
