After stroke will numbness in the hand go away?
Also with a weak leg which you cannot walk and cannot bend ankles and toes. Will this get better? Can it get better and move again? What are tips and exercises loved ones can do to help them recover?
I had a stroke that affected my left side. Even though I can walk with a cane I feel that left side heavy and I get tired just by walking a little. What can I do in order to make this easier, please? Thanks in advance!

Will I get spasticity if I have good movement on my affected side? Been practicing outdoor walking without a stick. My affected shoulder and hip feel heavy though.
Would a vibration plate work for a numb foot?
Perfect timing!
I was working my hand this morning but had to use my good hand to help it with putty and I wondered if I was cheating 😂. The vibration plate great for my foot and balance. I put a chair in front and the wall behind for safety. Also, Planet Fitness has one and many items you use plus massage beds and chairs which help my spasticity.
