I know some people who eat nothing but these 9 foods and they are obese. Try telling them they need to eat something else and they say, “it’s in my genes.”
I think it all depends on who you are, if the body doesn't have any issues with consuming noodles daily. I also believe that not a single food on earth is perfect. No matter how healthy certain foods are, we're not going to live on food forever.
Stupid video. I think if people would just follow the simple guidelines and keep things in moderation, they can live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy everything on the list. Think of the size of your stomach, now think of the size of your plate, the size of your plate should not be excessive and sadly Americans have a eating culture to think its manly to eat more food which leads to over-indulging in a sad attempt to prove oneself. Over-indulging will overload the body and create multiple problems. You should be eating a meal every five hours, and DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST, your metabolism is like a fireplace, if you keep it going it will keep burning. Your metabolism and ability to create insulin is based on your parents, so just pray that you have good parents with good genetics because sadly many people are destined to become fat people because life dealt them a really bad poker hand which they had absolutely no control over. Sometimes people are fat because of this cruel reality that their DNA is damaged with bad qualities.

Good info and better yet, great replacement suggestions. All of the foods to be avoided are on my daily diet list so I'm making some changes. Cheese will be the hardest to change since I like the convenience and budget friendly price of those oddly yellow, cheese "food" slices. I didn't realize the truth of what replaces fat in peanut butter, sugar. I learned something today.
