Hi, everyone. After stopping my routine of exercise, coming back was hard, most of these balance exercises were hard for me; even though they look easy. I am glad to come back, thank you, both, for these amazing videos; they really help a lot ๐Ÿ‘

Hi there๐Ÿ˜ƒ…. I'm a 66 year old Irish woman living in Austria. I've recently had a bilateral knee replacement which has been brilliant. There are a couple of things I can't do anymore like a complete kneel back into the baby pose but I'm half way there ๐Ÿ˜…. I have a load of physio exercises but it's unbelievably hot here in Austria at the moment so all the windows are closed! Getting fresh air is not easy๐Ÿฅต๐Ÿ˜…. Anyway, I missed the pilates thing when I was younger so this is great as a) I can always see what you are doing because of standing (trying to follow videos lying down is almost impossible!) and b) I thought it wouldn't do much but the stretch in my limbs is different and very real. Thank you for your gentle and compassionate approach both of you. I'm going to try and follow some other videos as long as I can do them and watch the screen at the same time ๐Ÿ˜‚.

Perfect for a very hot summer day in Italy. I do Pilates twice a week and it has helped me a lot with pain from sciatica and aging generally. Can't wait for the weather to cool so that I can go back to doing your other workouts too.

@sarahkahl316 says:

I have never really been interested in Pilates. But this introduction to them was interesting and doable. Mochi was great to see as always.

@Kalyani-y2t says:

Thank you – liked the stretches. Hi to mochi!

Your exercises have helped me so much. I suffer with sciatica and I have a pinched nerve in my neck due to arthritis. Iโ€™m less stiff now and the pain is subsiding. So thank you so much to you and your mum for taking the time to help others. โค

Iโ€™m 68 and broke both ankles and dislocated shoulder 1 1/2 yrs ago. Iโ€™m in the worst shape ever after a lifetime of taking care of myself. This is the first exercise Iโ€™ve tried that really works for me. Baby steps. I feel so hopeful now! Thank you!

@sitirohani3335 says:

Hi. Love your standing pilates routine. I am looking forward to an intermediary level or a longer version some day. Thanks

I'm using this workout as a warm up before I start walking my dogs. It's great, thanks for the video! I also love the walking backwards video. I started to do that several years ago during therapy after hip surgery. ๐Ÿ˜Š
