Check back, haven't heard back on a few days – martial arts workouts like bag training or boxing would do pretty well and would supplement your lifting content? Variety is always good and of those two days you attend BJJ; how often is no gi training and are the BJJ classes strenuous? How do you enjoy training bare foot there and have you ever tried working out bare foot in your home gym as well pushups or otherwise? If your friends know your personality in IRL as you say then surely they'd know you are big on fitness and would enjoy your content that the rest of the world gets to see….
