Do a Simple Exercise and Get Pain Relief From Knee Arthritis and Strengthen Your Knees.

This is the first video of a series of exercises Dr. Bragg will give you to help reduce pain from arthritis in your knees.

These knee arthritis exercises can help the knees become stronger which can help with knee arthritis pain.

They might be hard or painful at first, however, the stronger you get, the less pain you should have.

The first exercise is a quad set. This helps strengthen the quadriceps muscles.
