Stretches for Lower back pain and Sciatica Pain –
Namaste everyone, happy July 4th for the folks who are watching from US.
As you know that my day job requires prolonged sitting in front of computer. When we are engrossed in our work, we forget to get up and stretch unless we have a timer reminding us.
I am having sciatica pain shoot up these days and I am sharing the detailed sequence with you which I am doing. Please follow along with me and do the stretches. This stretches does wonders to me, so I hope that it helps you too. ❤️
