For the last 8 years I have only eaten oatmeal in the morning and that's it. One day I had burning hot oatmeal thrown on my foot drop calf which really hurt for months. My doctor told me I’m to thin and I have to gain weight. I’m having a hard time putting weight on. . My old pt said that I have a fast metabolism. What can I eat to put weight on, normal food doesn’t do it for me. I don’t want to eat junk food. I eat 3 meals a day with snacks in between. Yet I still want to exercise to stay healthy. See my dilemma
