For the last 8 years I have only eaten oatmeal in the morning and that's it. One day I had burning hot oatmeal thrown on my foot drop calf which really hurt for months. calories are not the problem, grains, sugars and seed oils are. be aware of this, there are many bad information out there, stop all kind of sugars.
My doctor told me I’m to thin and I have to gain weight. I’m having a hard time putting weight on. . My old pt said that I have a fast metabolism. What can I eat to put weight on, normal food doesn’t do it for me. I don’t want to eat junk food. I eat 3 meals a day with snacks in between. Yet I still want to exercise to stay healthy.
