I like this video, but I miss the title cards in between the various routines, I also most importantly miss the meditation at the end of the first one.
Definitely a good workout using weights, resistance bands, etc. Am surprised that you used the “banana song” towards the end. Especially with a group of all white women in the background. There are many who would find this very offensive.
