Are you ready for the long-awaited NEW 30 Min FULL BODY RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT? โจ๐๐ผ
Using resistance bands can be incredibly beneficial, especially when youโre on the go and don’t have any weights. We always carry a set of bands with us when traveling for example.
With a variety of resistance bands available in different levels, you can experiment with various hand positions to optimize resistance for each exercise.
This workout includes different exercises with repetitions to achieve maximum effectiveness.
So, get yourself ready and crush it, team! ๐ฅ
Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. ๐ค

โธ equipment: long resistance band (I use 2 with different strength level for your reference), a mat is recommended

this may not be my go-to channel but when I need a break from the monotony this channel sure brings something fresh and new…making me rethink why I'm not making this my main channel!!
Good idea, but some movements are super painful & uncomfortable. Tried to put a towel under the band, still not worth it ๐

Done! Tip: I only had short resistance bands. I tied two of them together to make a longer one. Worked fine! Just have to find a way to untie them now ๐
Great workout! I have severe back and knee issues from overuse of working out hard for 35 years. I can no longer do compound movements with heavy weights for legs. I use moderate for upper body. Question: If I use only bands and body weight will I be able to keep the muscle I have ? Thank you.๐
