Warm Up
Triset ONE 15 reps each | back-to-back exercises
1. Goblet squat, 40lbs / 18kg (my dumbbell weight for reference only)
2. Horizontal chest press, 15lbs / 6.5kg
3. Skiers, 2 x 15lbs / 6.5kg
Rest then repeat once
Triset TWO 15 reps each | back-to-back exercises
1. Close grip row , 40lbs / 18kg
2. Wide curl, 2 x 12.5lbs / 5.5kg
3. Single arm rear delt fly, 12.5lbs / 5.5kg
Rest then repeat once
Cool down stretch

Question for Cee’s circle – I start the week “stronger” and as the week goes on find it hard to bicep curl with the same weight I started with on Monday. 1. Did I pick a weight too heavy at onset and likely compromised form? 2. Am not fueling properly? 3. This is a natural phenomenon when lifting on a true schedule. 4. All the or none of the above 😂
I can/could do bicep curls with 12 to 15 pounds… I could not get to our 15 reps today (day 4 for me) with 9 lbs. 🤔 Had to start alternating.
what is the starter weights? which weights should I invest?

Day 2 done. I had to have a rest day yesterday as its been while since I lifted heavy and had some DOMS. Hope to be able to do 5 x per consecutive days next week once my body gets used to it a bit more!

Hi Cheryl. Im loving your workouts! Ive tried many and yours is the ONLY one that i stick with. If you know me thats saying a lot 😂 Ive been doing your 20 min videos every day for 5 days for some time now. Ive read everywhere that there should be a rest day day in-between each workout. What are your thoughts on this? Also i mix up your 20 min work outs, meaning i do a different one every day. Do you feel like that is just as effective as doing the same workout for 5 days?

I am loving these 20 minute full-body workouts. The format is perfect. I love your calm demeanor and straight-forward instructions. I personally don't get much out of workout instructors yelling or raising their voices. Please continue to keep these 20 minute videos available. I truly appreciate your effort and expertise!
Started on week 2, finding the right weights, managed to find some in store 3 x different weights reduced in price😃 trying to sort diet 😮 craving the carbs🫣…early days, 57 now was doing this bin ny 20's😬
