Great explanation, thanks! Possible tip for someone, I think I'm able to use the flexbar to break up scars on forearm instead of the stick. I sit with my right leg crossed over left, then put flexbar perpendicular between my forearm and thigh, supinate forearm, then roll back and forth. Feels amazing!

Hello!! Thank you for the very interesting video. How many times a day would you suggest to practice??

This made my tennis elbow hurt even more

You’re the man! I’ve been in so much pain in both arms since starting jiu jitsu that I was losing full nights of sleep for months. The pain was also affecting me heavily in the gym. I did this workout for around a week and a half and I’m practically cured. I’ve gotten so much stronger and I was down in the dumps over my loss of gains recently. I hope great things come your way. I can’t thank you enough.

@elmaster6207 says:

Instant releif, now I just have to make sure I do this for 4 to 6 weeks to make my forearm stronger and cure this tennis elbow annoyance completly or at least by 50%.

I am simply amazed. I ran across this video while searching for ways to relieve tennis elbow. I've had issues with it off and on for the last couple of years, but the last two months have been particularly painful. I work out every morning, and it was severely limiting my routine. So…I ordered the FlexBar on Friday and it arrived yesterday. I did the exercises exactly as described in the video…spent about 10-15 minutes total throughout my evening with the FlexBar. This morning I was virtually pain free in the gym. To say I'm pleased is an understatement. I will definitely keep the bar beside my chair and use it each night while watching TV. It's rather amazing what just 15 minutes did for me…and the cost was minimal (especially compared to regular office visits to my chiropractor). Thank you so much for this video!

Great! Bought the Flexbar and working on it now!

Hey Jamie ! Quick question: Even if I don't suffer from a tennis elbow, should I still do these exercises in order to prevent it ?

Thank you for sharing

Great demonstration. He talked the main content in simple way rather than fancy useless things. God bless

@isabellefischer5145 says:

Yep, I had a tennis elbow on the right arm and was treated with the "old" method – I ended hurting more and more until I just stopped the physical therapy and rested my arm back to health. No wonder I'm so cynical about physical therapy. But now it's starting on the left arm and I'm going to give this new method a try – thanks for the demonstration and the explanations!

I am a baker
Can’t wait to try this!

@user-mi6pe8gb7p says:

This video seems to contradict your book on Amazon. In that you have your injured arm at the top palm facing in.

@LyleWins251 says:

This method absolutely worked for me a year or so ago when I had tennis elbow on my left arm. Within two weeks of doing these exercises my arm felt as if it was pretty much back to normal. Now the tennis elbow is back but on my right arm. So I'm referring back to this video for a refresher. lol

@norvisnorvis7592 says:

That is exactly what the issue is in my arm, thank you so much. 🙂

@hasann35 says:

I'm here after I got drunk and beat everybody in arm wrestling…

@SammieMousie says:

Man, I bought these products back in 2017 for my tennis elbow (my fiance used them for his golfer's elbow). I totally forgot about them because they worked so well.
This really works.
