Step 1: RESET ⭕️ – We initiated the Reset phase by utilizing Cup Therapy on the left knee paired with self-mobilization, we aim to enhance the internal rotation of the lower leg (tibia), leading to improved range of motion in the affected knee.
Step 2: REORGANIZE ⭕️ – During the reorganization phase, you can see how controlled breathing is employed to realign the ribcage and pelvis over the left foot, biasing weight towards the affected side. This strategic adjustment sets the stage for more effective knee support.
Step 3: RELOAD ⭕️ – Here, our focus shifts towards preparing for higher levels of activity. Our client is learning to laterally shift her weight, positioning her head directly over her left foot. This crucial adjustment ensures better stability and support for the knee during increased physical demands.
