DB reverse flyes
DB renegade rows
DB squat + alt hammer curl

C2. 3/30
DB split squats R
DB split squats L
2 Scissor kicks + 1 sit-up

C3.
DB goblet squats
DB burpees
DB Alternating lateral lunges w hammer curl
DB stationary lunge w row + curl R
DB stationary lunge w row + curl L
2 Russian twists + 1 v-up

1/30 all
2 sets/10 reps of #2 & #3.
2 sets. 15 reps of #1. 30 sec of #4.
2 sets/10 reps of #2 & #6.
2 sets. 15 reps of #1. 30 sec of #5.

DB front facing press-ups
DB uptight rows
1 push-up + 2 hip dips

DB Curtsy + squat
V-ups w arms opp directions
