Not a facebook user, but day 2 into my next 30 of the trooper series. I have a question when it comes to I.F. and work outs. I do a 16/8 split of I.F. My window doesn't usually start until after my free time where I do one (or two) of your videos, then add in about an extra 30 minutes of targeted training or cardio. How much am I limiting myself since I'm working out in a fasted state? I can honestly say that I don't feel weak or anything like that during my workouts, but I know my glycogen stores are most likely on fumes. Is there something better I can be doing? I always follow up my workouts with a solid protein smoothie, and the rest of day is filled with hitting my macros. Thanks for all you're doing! Also, might as well check it out. FNA!
