Low-Impact Exercise for Seniors – Full workout (No equipment) | 60+ Strong
Today I'm bringing you another low-impact movement & mobility class, which is a perfect workout for over 60's still stuck in lockdown.
We'll be moving, grooving, and working on your mobility and strength all in one 40 minute session (including a warm-up).
All you'll need is a chair and a clear floor space to begin.

Decided to perform this workouts before/while waiting for b'fast to be cooked and prepared today. Allow me to say THANK YOU for all your workouts. I'm feeling SO COMFORTABLE doing all your workouts ever since I discovered your videos. It's really2 suit me fine and I'm really enjoyed doing it. I honestly hope that I will be a much fitter and healthier person by doing your workouts or any other exercises everyday , and hopefully , God's willing, it can lower my blood sugar level. I'm a diabetic person and on pills for 17 yrs. Once again TQVM Markesha for ALL the videos, I'd just loved doing it.Now it's b'fast time . It's been a sweaty, sunny Friday morning for a good cause. It's 10.00 in Malaysia. Hoping you have a nice day today as much as I do., bye.
