Wow – you look in your late 20s. Glad I’ve stumbled on you – you given me the motivation to carry on. I’m 54 and have been training since I was 16. Recently my muscle has declined 😢and I was about to call it a day. I’m vegetarian and probably don’t get enough protein. However, now I’ve found you, I’ll be inspired to carry on. ❤

I’m sorry but you’re wrong for saying muscle burns fat. Muscle doesn’t burn fat. Fat burns when triglycerides is broken down to free fatty acids

What about those of us , skinny , who can’t gain weight? It’s been so tricky for me . I do strength training 3 times per week but I simply can’t gain weight. Sure , I’ve seen some tone muscle but not much gaining .
