You look amazing and love it that in our 50’s we can build and gain muscle as well as looking our best. Definitely never to late and you easily prove that.
I’m in my fifties too and getting back to my resistance training has been key! I do total body workouts at least three days and I usually dedicate a separate day to lower body, because that’s where I carry my weight! Weights make all the difference in the world!
