Aqua Aerobics Exercises – Shallow Water Exercises Free DIY Tutorial
Learn 3 new Aqua Aerobics Exercises which can be done in shallow water, without any equipment.
These exercises strengthen the larger muscle groups of the legs, namely the quads, hamstrings, calf and glutes.
1) Lunge Walk - great way to strengthen the quadricep muscles
2) Squat jumps - a fabulous power move+ strengthens and tones the glutes and hamstring muscles
3) Step ups - these are done at the pool ladder, and are excellent for strengthening hamstrings
