Arm Exercises For Seniors (Fitter in 5 – 5-Mins) | More Life Health

Join me (Mike – Physiotherapist) for 5-minutes of arm exercises for seniors, aimed at helping strengthen those arms. This will make every day tasks, such as carrying groceries, much easier.

For an even better arm workout, you can add in weights or resistance bands, or go through it two or three times.

This video goes for only 5-minutes, and it’s great for those times you’re having trouble with motivation, or you’re short of time.

I do every other day, standing up using weights and my arms love it. I do the triceps holding onto seat of chair and feel I really get a good 👍 arm workout. Just thought I’d share my experience 💪👍😍😘

Here's another exercise I had given a thumbs up to but never commented. This arm exercise is a regular one for me to which I also include weights to maximize its effects. Truly love it. It's easy but I can feel my arms truly working it!…Anastasia

Just finished the 5th exercise I do every day with you Mike. I do the complete seated for seniors followed by the lower back followed by shoulders the neck and finishing off with the arms. All seated as I have somer spin problems… Have been doing them now for nearly 3 months and find them all to be most beneficial.
