I'm always looking for a new video to guide me through an exercise before getting to work. This was quite good for that: clear instructions with CC, as I am watching without sounds, and not useless pauses for talking. It is not like I wouldn't know how to do the exercises or couldn't write my own workout routine: I just need someone to do them with me. I don't like it when the instructor interrupts their own workout to show something or talk about something, because I'm only looking for the visual clues. So having two instructors, with one just doing the thing and other one explaining further worked out really well for me.

Well now. Neck feels better, time to do some work. Thanks guys!
