Getting out of the stretch isnt the same for me. I'm a beginner. May I say I don't want to hurt myself. But good video. I will practice these stretches

Q: can i train WL when and doing this stretches? Because i been doing them for a while and combining training, but i dont feel any progress. ( been having problem over 1 year, but on your stretch for about 2 weeks.)
