Gosh. I didn't realize how challenging this would be. I'm pretty active & walk 3-4 miles/day, garden, etc., but apparently balance is a whole other ballgame. I did the warm-up exercises then found it helpful to focus on your shorts insignia while balancing. Staring at one spot helps. I'll keep this up every day now that I know how unbalanced I am at my, a-hem, advanced age. Thank you for this. Super helpful.

I find your exercises very helpful. I am currently in my 80's and also in a Zimmer frame. Progress is slow but positive. I keep coming back to your videos for more inspiration. Thank you!

Yes! Yes! Warm ups are very important to avoid strains!

76 and still up to tricks. Did the full workout for seniors No. 3 Standing and enjoyed it. had some throbbing pain last night in my chest area, so think i might have done too much stretching. i tend to be a bull at a gate!
