And it was a lot of fun too doing this with you always makes it fun because you make it so easy for everyone to do and make us feel all at ease. I went to the whole exercise didn't stop one time it's 5:15 a.m. in the morning here in North Carolina yes I was up working out and working out to your videos and also I was riding my row and ride machine. I probably need to go to sleep now. Lol
It really gives you energy though
