Question, what would you recommend for the dosage on this?
Hello Dr Jo I'm suffering from sciatica pain on my right leg for the past 3 years. I'm doing your exercise for sciatica and the pain on my back is reduced but the pain on the outside of my leg below knee is getting worse. How to get rid of that pain?
Could you also provide instructions for the Sural Nerve Glide? Thanks.
I’m recovering from Caudal Equina Syndrome and would appreciate more nerve gliding leg stretch’s. Thanks.
