I find it hard to get to the point where I have energy to work out. I feel a little better, but I wish working out was something I had more enthusiasm for it.

Jeannine Comeau says:

I'm doing 10,000 steps on the treadmill. I'm trying to work myself into 5 or 6 days a week. I'm talking fast pace. I'm short and I'm doing 3 miles an hour on 1 hour 40 minutes a day.

steven marquis says:

Weigh 196. Age 65. Was 178. Then Covid then gym closures. I was running 6 miles a day. I’ve just started back again. Trying to keep caloric intake below 1000 a day. Non dairy. Lots of vegetables especially green leaf. No sugar no breads. Started pull ups and abdominal exercise. Going to start back running tomorrow. Run 1 Mile then walk 1 mile. Total 6. Two days off mid week and end week.

Hi there,
Found your video as I'm trying both to lose weight and get more active. Even walking an hour is a difficult task LOL
But having said that, I think that walking or step counting has no fitness benefits. It has some value for stress management but I think to lose weight diet is the most important thing.
I personally find rebounder and stair master two fantastic exercises that can help.

Seville Jamonit says:

I know there’s not a lot of comments here but I just want to say, thank you.

I am going to be 60 in December and I am going to work on these suggestions over the next 3 months.

I’m not terribly out of shape but I did put on weight over the past 4 years. I was ripped just 4 short years ago and I want to do it again. It took me 2 years but I did it. I need to work a day at a time and really improve my nutrition. That’s key.

I will be watching your videos again and I’m subscribed. Big thumbs up!

Andrew Glagau says:

I've noticed the main thing that made me go from 115Kg down to 85-90Kg in weight was to cut out sugary foods and processed foods. I had to eat healthy before I could become healthy.
My main Goal was :
Cut out sugar,
Clean out accumulated junk from my body,
Do a liver cleanse,
Drink LOTS of water,
and eat plenty of greens.
It's not enjoyable eating greens so I make a smoothie each day.
—————————————————————————
Here's my smoothie that works for me each day:
1-2 handful Kale,
1 handfull spinach,
1 tablespoon of Peanut butter,
1 freshly sliced Pineapple (cut in small squares),
1 medium banana,
1 handful blueberries,
1 Teaspoon of Spuralina,
1 Tablespoon of Yoghurt,
8oz Almond Milk,
Blend in high speed blender and enjoy.
—————————————————————————
There's no taste of the greens, they're being masked by the fruits I added.
I call this my daily Multivitamin capsule.
Oh, and all my greens are home grown.
