Hoping your suggestions will help me. I still don’t have a 100% diagnosis of this. Could be everything like sciatica, sit bone or Periformis. I’m just tired of it! I’m doing everything and I still hurt.
what does it mean if there is disc herniation l4-l5 but no back, lumbar, straight leg pain? Besides, i have almost all pirifomris syndrome symptoms. Is that mean disc herniation is gone but residual effect is piriformis syndrome?

I'm so glad I saw this video. I will be doing the exercises. I've had issues for yrs. Scoliosis is a part of the pain I've had for yrs along with 2 jobs. Now at 57 I have to take back my health so I don't end up using a can or walker as times goes on. Thank you I hit the subscribed button.

I have herniated discs have butt pain at the moment would not be able to do those tests due to the pain
I've had this issue for a couple of months and I tried your exercises and tips for a couple of days. Even after the first day of exercises I felt an improvement, and continue to. The first exercise with the one leg behind the other is especially helpful!! The other things I noticed that helped are either standing on thick carpeted floor or wearing supportive shoes in the home on hard flooring. Thank you so much to you for your experience and amazing help!

Hello doctor, I really need help with something!! I live in Egypt and doctors here arent that serious, they take easy ways and solutions. I have a small L2 L3 protrusion, but I dont feel any pain in the spine nor did any thing wrong but its there and I think its from like over 10 years, but thats not the problem, problem is I have a tingle in my left foot and pointer, middle finger when I only sit!! so I have a question does l2- l3 herniated discs cause sciatica tingeling feeling, I dont even have pain?
