Nice size, easy to use and has great range of resistance bestgym.equipment but are a little on the short side for a 6 foot guy. Have only worked with the two lowest resistance bands but feel that I'm getting a good workout for me. Would be nice if there was a grip available to stop the band from cutting into my palm.

Lisa I really like your stretching videos and wonder if you could remake them doing all the reps on both arms and legs etc so we can just follow along like the 10 minute living room workout. It can be hard to remember them all and I feel rushed. It would be great if you could do this. Many thanks. Deborah

I know this video is old, but I appreciate it nonetheless! I just got my resistance bands, because weights r too bulky at home and I can't go to the gym all the time. thx for the full body workout!!

Squats are done wrong, you were moving you knees too much..they need not much so that you use your quads.

I have been using resistance bands for years, they are very versatile and can target many muscle groups. My favorites are from (https://tinyurl.com/y22s89xx )they are durable and reliable which I can't say for a lot of fitness products out there.
