Hey Everyone, I hope these exercises help with any shoulder stiffness you may have and bring you relief. There will most probably be another, shorter shoulder exercise video out soon, with exercises I took out of this one! So stay tuned for this. Until then, keep moving. Let me know how you went below! And I'll see you soon! – Mike! ๐
Do you have exercises for hip bursitis?
๐๏ธ ๐ Shanti
Thank you so much Mike for sharing your knowledge! The physio tried to send exercises via email after my appointment but they never arrived. Felt desperate so I looked at You Tube. You were the first exercise video I tried and this video is PERFECT. I was very lucky to have found you! Thank you as have multiple sclerosis, and long covid with frozen shoulder being the cherry on top. Feel much more hopeful that I can get this resolved now. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Very best wishes to you.

Thanks Mike. Love it. At first there was a little tingling, but finishing up, it's over. I didn't push it I promise. Mike… I see something in your eyes. Sad? Health ok? I can read people really well. Sending you positive vibes. Anyway, thank you for your always being here for us. You're a wonderful being. ; )
Aortic valve surgery four weeks ago. What exercises can I do without damage to my sternum ?
Thank you Mike
Hi Mike. I tore the rotator cuff in my right shoulder a few years ago. Iโm trying these exercises with the hope that they will help strengthen it. ๐ค
Are these exercises good for damaged rotary cuff shoulder?
Mike, I have AVN of the left shoulder. Will these help with the condition? Thanks, GFH
Thank youโฆ
Just in time !
My husband got frozen shoulders.
Another truly good exercise. I do have problems with my right shoulder which was never truly diagnosed to my satisfaction. I suffer from mobility pain, and weakness when lifting items upward –in front and at certain angles, sometimes without lifting anything at all (e.g. placing clean dishes in my cupboard and just reaching empty handed). The shoulder isn't exactly frozen: it moves but with the discomforts and limitations I described. What I'm experiencing could be frozen shoulder. Nevertheless, I found these exercises relaxing: my shoulder feels soothed and more "open." This is one routine I intend on doing very very regularly. Thank you for bringing this to us. Please place this in your go to compilations–perhaps in Miscellaneous?…Anastasia
Very helpful thankyou
Thank you, Mike! ๐
Thank you! So good Mike.
Great excrcise Mike…thanks a million look forward to them every week
Ive been watching for this one – I've had hinted shoulder pain for a while, but the past few weeks a lot more than a hint. I've been doing the simple shoulder exercise for the past couple of weeks and they help a bit. I actually doubt it is a frozen shoulder and front movement isn't too bad, but reaching back and doing something such as a backhand in tennis really lets me know. Sleeping on it also bad but I seem to do that automatically in my sleep! About 5 years ago I had diagnosed bursitis so suspect it is maybe that again. Meanwhile I will continue with all the exercises as it is helping keep the shoulder in action. Thanks for all your work on these videos.
Luckily no frozen shoulders here but always like to try your videos. I found this one just so lovely and relaxing. Felt as though I had a massage. Thanks Mike am sure this will help a lot of folks!
