Stretching Exercise #4: Soothing Hand Exercises for Arthritis Pain
Relax. Leading with the wrists slide the hands side to side allowing the resistance of the water to gently stretch the lower arm. To increase strength actively move the wrists from side to side. This exercise helps to reduce hand and wrist pain.
