I love the last one! It makes me realise how asymmetrical and different are my shoulders. For the right side I can feel the stretch in the middle-right of my back, and for the left shoulder I feel the stretch in the front, in the pectoral.

I usually do HASfit's "20 min shoulder stretching & strengthening for pain relief" workout for my shoulder pain. It has helped me a lot but i have to skip a couple of the strengthening exercises because of my injury.
This weight-free workout is a refreshing change with moves i've never tried before! I am happy that I could do ALL of the exercises in this one without ANY pain. I gotta say my arms and shoulders are looking pretty nice since I've been doing these videos 😀
