Arm Exercises For Seniors – 3 Simple Exercises To Strengthen Your Arms

Join me (Mike – Physiotherapist) in this video, as we go through 3 simple exercises to strengthen your arms. At the beginning of this video, I also discuss the secrets to no more flabby arms (toned arms).

We go through three circuits of these exercises – Go at your own pace.

Before beginning make sure you do one of the warm-up videos.
Standing Warm-Up:
Seated Warm-Up:

To get stronger and more toned arms do these exercises after other workouts you do – at least 3 times a week for best results.

To get straight into the exercises go to 1:30.

Super Simple Strength Workout
1. Bicep Curls With Dumbbells x 10
2. Shoulder Press With Dumbbells x 10
3. Chair Tricep Extension x 10
Repeat x 3
