Is there any yoga for larger guys? I'm pretty flexible because I was into martial arts for years, but I'm still 6 ft 4 and I let myself go a little bit so I'm about 270 plus pounds and there's no way I can do a lot of those stretches even when I was in good shape

I wish you would have shown some alternate positions for the legs. I can't stretch my leg that high and I also can't put my leg straight to the side like you have. For a beginner person needing yoga for sciatica, this isn't a good video.
